98 Sierra Running Lights

my 98 sierra has the lights that only go off when the truck is completely off. i hate them. is there a relay to fix them so they only come on when i turn the night time lights on? should i just take it to the dealership?

Pull the DRL fuse in your fuse panel and then your lights will be completely under your control.
