Tinted Sided Mirrors

Does anyone know if there is anything out there for tinted side mirrors on the 95-99 full size trucks? I want to keep the stock look. Is there a glass replacement on these? Can a glass company do a coating on these? Any ideas would be great.

I'm not sure if they make something for the "OBS" mirrors. As for the tint job, I check if there any laws pertaing to tinting the mirrors. If your good , I dont why a tint shop wont do it. If they refuse, just go to wally world and buy some and do it yourself. ..good luck

the only other thing I would suggest, would be to see if you could get glass that was ElectroChromatic (Auto Dimming)

I'd just tint the windows and not the mirrors...I just don't really see the point in doing that. If you're having a problem with bright lights, lift the vehicle up on bigger tires and you won't have that issue any more haha.

I guess what I am actually looking for is the auto dimming mirrors. I'm assuming those are the ones with the green tint like the rear view mirrors. Like what the newer trucks have. When did GM start offering this option? Was it offered on the 99-00 Denali and Escalades? Would the 00-02 mirrors fit on the obs?

See if the 1999 GMC Denali Mirror fit, they may have auto dimming mirrors, the OEM company that supplies most of these parts is Gentex and the main distributer is Mito Corporation, hope this helps
