Power Seat Problems

I have a 99 silverado and the power seats slide forward and backward about an inch when I accelerate and brake. Does anyone know a fix to this problem other than replace the seats? I have asked this question in numerous forums and no one seems to know the answer. Please help !

I have the same problem with my 2002 but it only moves about 1/4 inch, just enough to feel it. I just put the seat back all the way and it took care of it for now but I would like to know if there is something that wears our that can be replaced or does the whole seat need replaced.

Like yours, mine won't do it if the seats are all the way back.
