I got it all wired up today, but the levels and crossovers still need to be adjusted. It's got quite a bit more bass output than the factory sub, but it's too early to tell if it even comes close to the 2 - 10's in a box under the back seat I am used to. If it's anything close, I'll accept it and be glad that I still have the storage space under the rear seat. I knew ahead of time it was going to be a compromise.

There's really a JL sub in there. I got frustrated half way through and forgot to take pics of it actually mounted. Sorry.

Thanks! I wrote down every single thing I wanted to do to the truck and bought all the parts ahead of time. I worked on it 8 hours a day for about 5 days over the Christmas holidays and got almost all of it done. The stereo was only a small part. I haven't posted any info about the really neat stuff.

 

The Bose sub that was taken out has been listed on ebay if you know anyone that is interested. I think the price is fair, but I'm sure guys on the board here will let me know if it is not. Ebay Item # 270206710862
