2000 Suburban 2500-3.73 Or 4.10?

I have a 2000 Suburban 2500 6.0 4x4 and I believe it has 3.73 gears-correct? Were the 4.10's an option?

 

It has 285/75/16 tires on it now, and I'm trying to decide if I should go back to the 245/75/16's for towing 7000 pounds at interstate speeds. I haven't tried it with the 285's yet (they were on it when I bought it), but my gut says they're gonna be too tall and keep the transmission shifting.

285's are a bit too big to be towing that much weight with.
