Tilt Wheel

FOUND IT! I think! If I put pressure on one side of the wheel. The noise is gone. I think it has something to do with the tilt wheel. I was told by a local shop that there is three bolts that hold the tilt mech. in place. They tend to loosen up over the years. I'm going to bring it in and see what they say. Now the question is; if they do fix the problem, can i go back to the dealership and make them pay the bill? Or somehow get some sort of money back? I thought it was the intermediate shaft and the bearings. It still clunks. The dealer did the bearings and charged me 500. Has anyone ever heard of this? Thanks
