Leaking what? Air or anti-freeze. Anti-freeze, yes. Snugged the bolts down.

Anti-freeze. This is the fifth time this gasket has leaked. I've read some forums suggesting dex-cool as the culprit. Vehicle only has 98,000 miles.

If the intake leaks, it doesn't matter if it's dexcool or water. How much is it leaking? My '95 always smells a little sweet. But at $6 a year to keep it topped off I ain't gonna look any further.

It just started leaking a couple of weeks ago. I don't believe it's getting into the engine block. I changed the oil and find no signs of anti-freeze. It leaks enough every night that I can see a small spot on the driveway every morning. I added more anti-freeze tonight so I guess I'll keep an eye on it. I don't think it's hurting the engine, it's just frustrating that it continues to happen.

Small is relative. A few years ago, mine had a little crack in the side of the block and would dump about a half a teacup out every night when it cooled. We put a bottle of that Wynn's sealant (mechanic in a can stuff) never been a problem since.

Do you see anti-freeze puddled on your intake? If you don't see coolant on the engine, you may want to put some of that ultra-violet dye in the radiator to track the exact leak point. Could be a freeze plug or block crack. Just my .02.
