Fuel Tank Cap Without Lock

I bought a 2007 Silverado 1500 classic model last July. The fuel tank does not have a lock like most other vehicles. The dealer told me to check the after market. I checked with Canadian Tire yesterday they still have not got anything. I called the dealership again and they has no solution. Please respond if you have any ideas. Thanks.

Seems like with all the stuff out there aftermarket someone should make something that works off your power locks or something. Of course that wouldn't help me.

I've purchased many new vehicles of all kinds and descriptions but none of them ever came with any kind of locking gas cap. A few had fuel doors with inside releases but a credit card would open them...

 

An aftermarket locking cap can be had from most any auto parts outlet.
