2004 Suburban Climate Control Lights

When Headlights are on and all dash lights are lit,only one of two dual climate control lights are lit.I've removed the unit from dash to only discover the tiny bulbs are soldered to board .How are they replaced? Only figures that this would happen at 35K miles.

That's what I was thinking too.A good friend of mine is a GM tech here in N.Ill and said the same thing.Right before it happened he had to replace one that appeared to be defective.Unfortunately he didn't save it . Maybe another one will turn up.This looks like an expensive piece to replace for just a bulb!!!
