1999 Z71 Hesitation/misfire

Hi, I have a 1999 Z71 4X4 Extended cab. When I'm driving (cruising with no load) between speeds of 70-85 km/hr the truck chugs/misses/hesitates. If i let off the gas or accelerate it goes away. It has been doing it for a few months now and I was going to change the plugs/wires/cap/fuel filter and so on but I thought I'd check if anyone else has ideas what could be causing this. I'm confused since it only seems to happen when the engine has been operating for at least 1/2 an hour or more. Also, The engine light is not on. Thanks.
