Slp Products

I was thinking about buying the SLP Diablo hand held programer for my NBS Sierra. I have the VortecMax and their write up appears good and states over a 40 hp gain over stock. Does anyone have any experience with SLP products? Good luck or bad I would like to hear before spending almost $500! My reasoning is SLP has an established history with GM. (example would be the old Camaro SS SLP line)

my cousin has the SLP loudmouth exhaust on his 06 sierra. just like the name says....it's a loud aggressive sound. haven't had any experience with their tuner though, sorry.

Spend $500 on a dyno tune or at least a mail order tune from Black Bear or Wheatly. If your worried about warranty you get to keep your PCM, so you can swap in the stock PCM if it goes in for warranty work.

My friend as the SLP loudmouth 2 exhaust on his 01 SS and it's amazing. I have no clue about the programmers.
