Putco Rocket Lockers

Hey guys, just received my Putco rocket locker bed rails for my 2008 GMC Sierra and in the process of installing, and running into some trouble. not quite sure how they install to the bed? Any body have any experience with these?

Didn't they come with instructions? There should be a large rubber block that fits down into the stake pocket with a metal washer/nut (round or rectangular) that the bolt screws into to expand the rubber block and hold it in place.
