05 Escalade Esv Platinum Lemon?

I Have a 05 Escalade ESV Platinum. I't just turned 55K Miles. So Far I got the Navi replaced 3x, the cd changer, the steering shaft lubricated twice replace once, Power pump, Rear AC condeser fan, 3 of the tire sensors, battery, steering wheel and some other problems that they will not fix. My rear backup sensor went out at 48K Miles on it. I took it to the dealer and they said they replaced the sensor. I got home and it wasnt working. I took it back and they said one more of the sensor is bad and its no longer in warranty since I got it painted. I got the vehicle painted a year ago and it was working fine. It just started to act up couple months ago and they would not cover. Also ever since they replaced my Navigation and Steering wheel, my navigation audio and chime is not as clear as before. When listening to radio or movie the driver side will go out intermitently. I took it in and they said everything is working fine. At 53K miles my gauge cluster went out. Its currently stuck at 60MPH instead of 0. They would not replace since I'm out of warranty. I called cadillac customer service and they want me to pay $150 for diagnostic. Last weekend, I noticed some reddish liquid on my garage floor. I back up the car and look underneath but cant figure it out. The transmission pan is kinda wet and also the bolts. I check the liquid level and found out that my Power Steering fluid is empty. Could that be it? If so, how much will it cost me or any tips on how to diagnos it. Too bad Cadillac cant do anything for me after paying $75K for this vehicle and just being over 5K on warranty.
