If you really want to go big, check these out. they are about the nicest ones i've seen anyways. for the headers and the cats, your talking are $1500.

shorties wont give you much...if your gonna go with headers then go with long tubes. You can keep the rear o2 sensors or delete them with a tune.

Are cats a priority? Stainless works sells L/T + Off road Y pipe for $900, which is a list price, you can get them for cheaper. Most headers for the trucks are 1 3/4 primaries w/ 3" collectors. Some are 1 5/8" primaries w/ 2.5" collectors. Since your going with the supercharger route I'd shoot for 1 3/4" x 3" route. You can pick up a set of ceramic coated pacesetters & Y pipe for $500. They will have some rust after a while, but lots of guys run them and are happy.

Don't get shorty headers.

ok so long tubes it is im not worried about the cats i was thinking of running it straight but i wanted to run true dual exhaust and dump at the rear end should i keep each pipe at 3" or should i resize to like a 2.5"

dual 3's would be way too much. There's a few charts online which relate H.P. to pipe diameter, but I'm sure dual 2.5's would be fine.

You can always cash in your factory cats at a scrap yard.

Don't even bother with the ceramic coating, after a while it will discolor and chip off and it won't take long for it to start. I put B&B's on my C6 and even Billy recommended the Stainless becuase the headers have a liftime warranty and even if they start rusting I can get a new pair.
