Billet Gas Cover

Recommended Posts

Bought a billet gas cap to replace OEM painted last year and it got really corroded over the winter. Took some polish to it but the allen screws are corroded and it was never actually flush. So.....can someone recommend a place where I can get a billet gas cap that fits flush on an 03 Silvy 8 foot bed, I'm guessing it would be the same for any 99-07 Classic but not positive. I got mine from Gear Jammin Accessories on eBay. I'm not bashin' him, just saying it didn't fit flush and I want a flush fit. Thanks

Sweet! How much are you guys paying for these things they seem a little pricey

Yea...They are proud of them. :fume:

However they are very well made and heavy weight billet aluminum, and best part is they fit the first time. I have to admit, I was not crazy about the drilling of the door rivets on my 2008 Seirra, but you can always bolt the stock one back on, but you won't want to after you see it on there....

I paid $100.00 U.S. and free shipping. :D

Page, such a sweet truck and then you have the neon blue James Wood front license plate? What gives? Do you work there by chance?

I bought my truck from their Decatur dealership and removing their badges was my absolute first mod.

Sorry for the off topic post. :D

Not bashing here, but why do people want to accentuate a gas filler door? :D

Just a guess, but maybe when they fill up with $4/gallon gas it will hurt less because they can always say "heck I paid more for my fuel door than this tank of gas."

$100 seems a little steep, I am just looking to get the non-locking door. I emailed the company from the link above yesterday and no one returned my email...maybe they don't want my business. I was hopeing someone was going to come on here and say " I went to autozone and paid $20 and it fit perfect" but no such luck.
