Diablo Tuner Question

Hello all,I have been lurking around hunting a remedy for my situation. I bought an 08 LT2 Z71 5.3L and put a dual outback cat back flowmaster system on it.It sounds fine except for the drone sound with the AFM.

I have been reading about the tuners,and the one from Diablo says it will turn AFM off, I am satisified with the truck overall but want to turn off the AFM.Any one have any thoughts on the diablo tuner,or suggest any other alternative ?

I have and I like it. I've left the AFM on for mileage reasons, but I've got stock exhaust so I don't really hear the drone.

 

Get on their forums and read up. Lots of smart people over there. Techs are online as well answering questions. There are a couple of guys that have built a program to analyze the data that comes out of the Predator to make recommendations to fine your programmer.

Thanks for they reply. I am going to check them out and see whats happening.

I am very pleased with my truck,with the way it drives,rides,reacts,looks and performs.

I am not an abuser of a vehicle,they cost to much for that.I still have my 99 z71 that still looks as good as the day I bought it. I just want it to look good and perform,and sound good,not like crap like it does now. Makes me want to vomit every time I hear it.
