i have a 2000 GMC Sierra 1500 with a 5.3..... im goin to be putting new plugs and wires and was wondering which is the best plug and gap to run

My recommendation is NGK TR55's w/ the gap set to .044. Cheap and reliable plug. Just remember they are standard plugs and will require changing every 30K miles or so for optimum efficiency.
