Slideing Rear Window Qustion

sorry havent been around work been crazy . but i havea qustion on my 88 i have no ac anda solid rear window . i was wondering if a slideing rear window on a reg cab really dose any good i was thinking of putting one in in hopes of keeping truck cooler at highway speeds and when im just driveing around town.

Well I think they do. Lets more air flow in and then out that window instead of swirling around inside.
