I have a 2003 Blazer LS and a 2002 chevy suburban LS Now the Blazer doesnt have the Autotrac transfer case and the Suburban does would it be possible to swap an autotrac transfer case into the blazer??? I realise i would have to rewire for the auto button to work but i was wondering if its a direct fit? Because all the autotrac transfer cases are the same.

If you are up to the wiring challenge, I think would be possible as they both have the same transmission. You would have to figure out how to get the module to work in the blazer.

It's a nice idea but I don't think it will make that big of a difference. Why do you need the autotrac if you already have 4x4? I know how it works and everything but I think unless you just want to spend money that the regular 4x4 t-case would be fine. I like my non-autotrac t-case vs. our 03 Burb and 07 Ave's autotrac cases. Just my $.02.
