2005 Colorado Lost Its Tick Tock

My 2005 Colorado lost its tick tock. I am told that the BCM controls it. I was also told there is an annnuciator under the dash but I cannot find it.

 

Been to two GM parts and service dealers and Napa but no help, they could not find a flasher or tell me how it works.

 

All help appreciated. My old ears like that Tick Tock signal.
