Stereo Display Problems ?

Truck is off of warranty and I noticed that my stereo only has "custom" and "talk" options in the equalizer settings. Also is there suppose to be a "mid" option in the treble and bass selection as well? My GMC Envoy has about 7 or 8 options in the equalizer scroll as well as the "mid". Is that the way the Chevrolet Stereo's come. I asked the dealer when I bought it and he said it was a Chevrolet thing with the stereo's, I think he was feeding me a line of bull.

Just a hunch: go into the custom setting and see what's there. I seem to remember a lot of options in there. If it's not there, you probably don't have it

There are many different head units that they put in GM vehicles that range from Base to top line Bose systems. Chevy and GMC truck head units should be identical
