1991 P30

Hello , my ? is i have a 1991GM P30 Chassi (Motor Home), my problem is it seems to loose all power and backfire when i try to give it fuel, it is a TBI 454 auto, tuned up new a-filter,i have pulled the fuse and tryed to reset the ECM it works good for awile and then goes back to loss of power and back fireing again if i give it to much throttle and eventually i cant give it hardly any throttle at all hardly before it bogs right out,idles smooth as silk.
