Hey guys I was looking at some pacesetter quik trip long tube headers for my 5.3L (2001). They are painted black. I have some ppl telling (since I live in Oklahoma) thats nothing to worry about and then there are ppl telling me they won't last. Any opinions?

do you know if they are painted black with hi temp paint? If so, then they will definitely last. If not, I would suspect that the paint would have burned off by now.

They stated it was coated in hi temp paint. I appreciate the help guys.

 

 

k, then it should last for a long time

if not just buy some paint and touch up in spots where it has burned off..
