Hey Everyone,

Got a 2007 NNBS 2500 HD LT 4x4 with a leveling kit and a set of LT 285/75R16's on the stock steel wheels. Winter is coming up and I'll be swapping the 285's for my 265's I use in the winter. I hate swapping tires on and off rims all the time and want to get a set of 16 x 8's for the summer. I kill two birds with one stone that way. I get rid of swapping tires and I can run the 285's on a rim they "offically" fit.

I'm looking at a set of American Racing Mojaves (AR-3981) in 16 x 8, 4.5 in (114mm) backspacing and a zero offset. Any ideas on fitment. Anyone have a wheel like that on their NNBS truck?

Thank's

You need bigger more offset. Go for a 6" BS. You can put those on, but it will stress your front end components.

Ok,

I bought a set of the optional 17" Aluminum off of E-bay when I was looking for tires and wheels originally. To bad they arrived looking like they came off a truck that got 6 feet of air. And then rolled.

So a 6" Back spacing would be better. But I'm not clear on something. Would the 4.5" Back Spacing or the 6" be harder on the front end components?

I really like those wheels on your truck. I may go black on my white truck. We'll see.

I've been looking a pretty much every 16 x 8 has the 4.5" Backspacing. Anyone know of nay 16 x 8's with a bigger back spacing?

I haven't seen any 16" aftermarket wheels with anything more than 4.75"bs. It seems that you will need to go up to a 17+" wheel in order to get deeper bs.
