Hot Sauce

So umm Monday night we had homemade enchiladas and I love hot stuff and HOT SAUCE...

 

But just to warn you guys stay away from:

 

Salsa Picante De CHILE HABANERO/El Yucateco. It comes in a 4 oz little bottle and I guess that you are suppose to use small amounts but I love hot sauce... The hotter the better. Dude I used a good 1/4 bottle...

 

But this stuff tore me up. It stopped me up and when I am done unloading before I get stopped up again and its so acidic it burns my bung hole like crazy. Not to mention that I am stopped up still today and my farts reak! I am sure that last part has more to do than just the hot sauce that I consumed but man....

Bleh... we feed those to our kids here in Texas. We do like our spicy shiite here. Scotch Bonnets are where it's at if you want HOT. I guess you get immune to that stuff after a while because we really do pile it on and it no longer seems too hot... just damn TASTY. My wife did hot pepper tacos for dinner tonight with fresh avocados and salsa... MMMM MMMM GOOD!

Dont get me wrong I love the taste its not very hot tasting... I had some hot salsa at a Mexican Resturant today that I eat at once a week and its twice as hot and never gives me any problems...

 

I will get about 3 more meals out of this bottle...
