Removing Intake Manifold

I have intake manifold ready to come off but the Air Conditioning bracket is in the way, I can't get the bracket off because the pulley from the power steering is blocking two of the bolts for the bracket is there a way to get this pulley off PLEASE HELP

There shouldn't be a AC bracket in the way in this process. Can you post a picture of what you are seeing?
