Heater Control Stuck On Vent

I have a 2003 GMC 2500HD. The Heater Contol is stuck on vent. and the blower motor doesn't work on 1&2. It was also not turning on my ac in the summer. I WAS going to buy another conrtol but the bone yard wants $80. PLEASE HELP. snowing tommorow need my windshield defroster to work. only if there was a way to make it work manually.
