Blower Fan Freezes Up?

I've got a 2007 GMC Sierra 1500. It's currently around -15 outside, and the blower fan seems to have frozen up or something. Not sure if maybe there is snow in the intake or what, but no matter how I change the settings the fan won't blow. Any ideas on how to get it working again? Where do I look under the hood for the blower fan?

  Ok well I guess Lake disagrees with me on a few points. I call oil consumption pretty basic. Rudimentary. He calls it "really complicated." I think 1qt consumed in 3k miles is a lot. He says that's normal. In 22 minutes, he'll use his natural talent to explain oil consumption to anyone watching this video. He covers everything from obvious engine damage to how normally functioning healthy engines consume oil by design. Lake explicitly states how you drive will impact oil consumption. Shut up and watch:

  Check for broken bolts holding the exhaust manifolds to the heads, common problem. Dorman makes a repair piece if you find you have broken 1s and don't want to do the surgery to replace them

  My dealer says it's the 6.6 from the HD modified for the 1500's. So, my money's on the 6.7.
