Where Is Jack Located In 2001 Silverado

Just bought a used Z71 silverado, 2001 model. If I remember right isnt the jack located under the back seat, or is it behind the seat? I dont think my truck has one and of course ill need one and the handle to lower the spare down.

On the floor, against the back of cab, beneath the rear seat.
