Part #25965167, Bluetooth Retrofit Gmt800 From 09 Trailblazer

I had someone give me a part number of what they believe to be their onstar/bluetooth module. The part number is 25965167. However he says that the module did not have a bluetooth symbol and it did not say bluetooth on it. Can anyone tell me what this part number is exactly? I searched gm parts direct and all it says is MODULE. Also, does anyone know the return policy on buying something like this from GM Parts direct?? Any info would be appreciated. If someone can find out I will try to replace my onstar module in my 06 sierra with this and I will push the button and say bluetooth to see if it works.

I contacted GM parts direct and they cannot verify that this part contains bluetooth...can anyone help?????

Update..I called the dealer and they said the bluetooth is in the radio, however I would not think they would have changed the radio from the past radios.....the only other option that comes standard with bluetooth is the rear seat radio controls....could it be here?

I do not believe the rear seat audio is bluetooth, it should be IR.

 

It's my understanding that the Bluetooth interface is in the Onstar module. And, the head unit likely has some sort of update to allow it to display the bluetooth status.
