Four Wheel Drive Noise When De Accelerate

When locked into 4 HI there is a pull to the left side and noise on de-acceleration. the noise is not heard under acceleration.

I found that there was a bearing out in the front differential so it was rebuilt by a local shop that has been doing differentials for many years. At the shop they replaced all bearings and seals in the diff. Once the diff was reinstalled in the truck the first test run was no different then the original complaint. we tried swapping the cv-shafts from side to side with no difference. If i drive with only 1 shaft in on either side it is quite. while driving you can feel the release of pressure in the truck when you shift into 2hi. it is basically like a drag in the front left side while in 4x4. the truck has 106xxx on it and was under a 100,000mi warranty. under that warranty both hub bearings were replaced and we also installed a new one on the left side to rule out the hub.

I am far from being very knowledgeable in this area, but it seems like with both CV shafts in place it's causing something to bind, creating a drag on the left shaft. Maybe a bearing that isn't seated properly.
