I have a 2001 gmc 4x4 2500 with a 6.0 engine.I put a new fuel pump in it today now when i go to crank it,it takes about 10 sec to start.I can turn the switch on and let it sat for a few min still does not help.So I turned the switch on and pressed the check valve no gas.Cranked truck up pressed check vavle gas shooting out good.What could be wrong.O yah before i changed fuel pump it left me setting on the side of the rd I went back to get it and hit the fuel tank a couple of times truck crank right up,has been cranking good every since so I changed fuel pump for that reason.Please help.
