Help, Stuck In 4 Low! 99 Sierra

Somehow the truck put itself in 4low and I can't get it out. 99 sierra, 5.3L, autotrac... The buttons all light up as they should, when I crawl underneath and someone else pushes the button I can hear noises like its trying to do something. So I have to get this thing out of 4low so I can get to work in the morning! Any idea's? the Service 4wd light is on as well.

Disconnect the battery and try again. Sounds like the actuator is stuck.
