Wierd Noise Coming From 08 Sierra?

I've started to notice this wierd noise coming from my 08 Sierra 1500 when I am first taking off after a stoplight. It seems to be coming from the back and the best way to describe I can think of describing it is it sounds kind of like a "spooling" sound. Anyone have any idea what this could be? I just want an idea so when I take it to the dealership they can check it out without telling me they don't notice anything and try to bull that bs. Thanks all and I wish I could give a better description.

  Ha!! So GM Customer service, ive already been talking with someone on your email team and there is nothing they can do. So pretty consistent with everyone else’s experience- you can do NOTHING.. worthless emails. Sure glad i have 4 GM cars on our family cuz now its clear you dont care.. Sad and pathetic.
