4wd Problem

Hi guys!!!

i have a problem with my 4wd, is a push button mechanism and at first they told me that the 4wd actuator was very dirty so they clean it up and while the car was on the ramp 4Hi and 4Lo work but when i try to use it on the sand it didn´t and i got stuck. So i replace the 4wd actuator and again 4Hi and 4Lo work with the truck on the ramp but again went to the ranch and got stuck.

So 2 weeks ago went to the shop, lift the truck and it work great while on the ramp, so we took it outside and put the 4Hi or 4Lo while the truck was against a 8 or 10" wall to check it out and it didn´t climb it the rear tires where spinning so i took to another mechanic and he just jack up the rear axle and put the 4Hi and 4Lo to see if the truck move and it didn´t so he told me that he thinks it´s not a mechanical problem that is more an electric one.

he want to take the transfer out and put the 4wd manually to see if he´s right.

Have any of you ever had this problem? what do you guys think it is?
