Hey guys,

I've been looking all over the net, and can't seem to find it. I need the torque specs for the belt tensioner and the idler pulley on a 1999 Suburban 5.7. Thanks

lol, there probably isnt a torque spec. its not worth looking for. tighten that shit up. i run them on with my impact gun or my air ratchet if the gun doesnt fit. tight enough they wont fall off, but not tight enough to break the bolt. dont get too anal with torqueing things. there are very few things torque spec is actually important on as far as outside the internals of engine/trans. i dont usually even torque anything in differentials or transfer cases.

You can tighten things like that down pretty tight but, for plastic components, you don't want to tighten the crap out of it.
