1998 Chevy Silverado headlights

Folks need some guidance and assistance please.

 

My parents have a 1998 Silverado with 82K miles on it, truck still looks new other than the headlights which the assemblies are dull and not worth a wooden nickel.

 

I want to buy them new headlight assemblies, but I want the best performance headlights I can get for them "prefer American made if possible"

 

Can some guide me to what would work best and if need be the side lights with turn signal and parking lights I will replace them as well.
