  1. I installed the Bilstein 5100's a couple weeks ago on my 2020 LT 3.0L and used the 2nd hole and I'm exactly 2" higher, looked like I could of done 2 1/2" but 2" made it level.
  2. That's the one I installed in my truck, the remote just clips into the back of the mirror, supposed to have a ten year battery life.

  11. I bought the GM fog lights from the dealer and installed everything except the jumper wire into the underhood fuse box, took it in today to have it programed and finish the wiring, I lost the sheet with the code, but still had the box they came in (serial number is on the side of the box) the tech was able to call GM help line with the serial number and the help line gave him the code. $131.00
  12. This is one of my first mods: https://www.autostopeliminator.com/collections/most-popular/products/2019-silverado-sierra-autostop-eliminator took about half an hour to do plug and play, now my default is off and by pushing the Auto Stop button it turns on, which I have only done once. Also works on 2020's
  13. I originally had a 2009 2500 6.6 Duramax and liked the power of the diesel drove it for 80,000 miles, but wasn't towing much traded it on a 2014 GMC SLT 1500 then on a 2016 Silverado LTZ 1500. When GM started talking about a six cylinder diesel I thought that would be right up my alley good fuel mileage and the power I was missing with the 5.3L. Picked up a 2020 Silverado 4x4 LT 3.0L with just some basic options end of January. The sticker was $52800 and I paid $41300 before tax and license, couldn't pass on the price. I also did the fog lights going in on Thursday to have them programed.
  14. I'm also a big fan of the 2020 3.0L diesel, but not the start/stop, I did this the first week of ownership, works just like OEM except default is off.

  15. Just got done doing this an hour ago. I have a Du-Ha underseat rear storage and Z71 matts front and back, the lips of the matt around the jack were too high preventing the Du-Ha from sitting down on the floor took a knife and cut out the lips, now it sits on the floor and the jack mounts correctly.

  17. Installed mine a few day's ago works perfectly and if I find the need to use the stop/start all I have to do is push the switch to turn it on.
  18. Does anyone know of any other filter that would cross with the Delco? I contacted Fram and they have nothing that fits. This filter (PF 66) is used on the 2020 3.0L diesel.
  19. Just bought a 2020 Silverado LT Z71 4x4 3.0 diesel crew cab sticker $52835 payed $42335 w/o taxes and license.
  20. Love mine after a BB tune 2016 Silverado 5.3L Went to BB at 500 miles really straightened out the transmission.
  21. Carl, not dealer tech, BBP is doing that as we speak.
  22. The point being is that the computer recognized the sensor and did not have to be flashed.
  23. Ran two tanks of E85 thru the truck before I got around to installing the hoses and sensor and did not throw any codes. Carl my independent GM tech. could not find a way to flash my 2016 truck(nothing in the ECM) have you done any new trucks yet, my theory is once a sensor gets plug in the computer sees it. Just like when you plug a printer into your desktop.
  24. Would you completely advise against running E85 in a 2016 flex fuel truck? According to my tech. there is no provision on the 2016 trucks to flash or turn on E85 he spent half an hour looking for that option in the ECM and BCM maybe that was an option for 2014-2015 trucks doesn't look like it is now, what Carl was talking about was a 2015 truck.
