  1. As long as they get approval for the loan... most will "buy" it.
  2. Does one strap their dirt bike to the hood or the roof? Does a sheet of plywood fit in the back? How manys bags of concrete or crushed stone will it haul? ^ Things one doesn't have to consider in Korea.
  3. With those miles and that previous damage there is a good chance that truck has been beaten "like a rented mule". I would seriously consider countering their offer that the dealership either give you the extended warranty gratis, or you want to return the vehicle.
  4. Stated it was P2635 in this thread:

  6. All part of the plan...
  7. 2008 was the "harbinger of things to come". If a person were to eliminate all debt and live within their means it's easy to bank 70% of the weekly payroll check. Remember the peeps that lived on credit were the only ones that really took it in the shorts during 1929-34. But I was not around for that lesson, fortunately my grandparents were and some of their wisdom made it to me.
  8. If terrain allows it's easiest to just back the rear wheels into a ditch, lower the tailgate, then drive/push it right in level. If you do use ramps the grates are of no real consequence and provide a better foothold when loading stuff in the rain.
  9. Drivers side? Oil pressure sensor or valve cover gasket.
  10. Not really. The stock exhaust is pretty well thought out in terms of flow for "normal" driving. Gotta keep the EPA overlords happy.
  11. I'm thinking if you tried to offer that persuasive and well thought out excuse to your insurance company they would still cancel your policy.
  12. Finance was tossed out of the curriculum in favor of golf & aids awareness. Peeps obsess about fuel economy to "save money" but never consider how much they waste in constantly eating out.
  13. * Distracted driving is the act of driving while engaging in other activities which distract the driver's attention away from the road. Distractions are shown to compromise the safety of the driver, passengers, pedestrians, and people in other vehicles.
  14. That fake woodgrain jazz just screams "cheap".
  15. Fuel economy is usually calculated by using the average of 6 tank fills, not cherry picking.
  16. Fuel economy.
  17. If fuel goes to $7.00+ a gallon I suspect vehicles like pick up trucks will be surprisingly inexpensive.
  18. There should be no "or" in that statement just throw the factory speakers in the trash.
  19. Extended warranties benefit other peeps, not you. If you can't afford the repairs needed on a high mileage vehicle keep looking.
  20. How much glitter is in the fluid?
  21. * "If you are in an auto accident that you believe was caused by the other driver’s tinted windows, be sure to take pictures of the car and the scene before the evidence is removed or destroyed. Indeed, whether the windows were tinted could become an important part of the theory of liability that your experienced personal injury attorney uses to help you recover financial damages for your injury."
  22. My commute is 7 minutes one way, I don't worry about how much fuel is consumed, my time is worth a lot more.
