I know Grumpy Bear won't see my reply. He's like an ostrich sticking his head in the sand. Regardless, he missed some pertinent facts. 1) Washing your hands too often over an extended amount of time can weaken your immune system. Everything from the Cleveland Clinic, CDC, et al that I've read on the topic specifically states "short term" frequent have washing is okay. There is nothing on long term frequent long term have washing. However, other research can be used anecdotally to recognize that long term exposure can aid in building immunity. This country was built by rebels through rebellion against tyrannical oppression via "law" and "regulations". Rebellion is part of our culture. It's encouraged and supported to an extent. So, of course we're going to run stop signs, pass in no passing zones, and have 20 car loads of people over at our house. It may break a rule or 2, but it's also passive rebellion, aka civil disobedience. We're suppose to be a free people. Ironically, the states with political leanings to the right are more free and the states with political leanings to the left are much more restricted. I'm in California. Trail Boss LT is only available as a 2LT. The difference between a 2LT and 1LT has always been features. The 2LT has more of them. If you look at Chevy's website you'll notice the Trail Boss LT is sandwiched between LT and LTZ. The starting prices reflect that, too. I've driven both the 8-speed and 10-speed. The difference between the 2 is obvious. What you may have experienced was likely the difference in the transmissions. As for engines, the 5.3 is no slouch, but the torque of the 3.0 is the same as the 6.2. That torque also peaks sooner. The biggest Dewberry I've heard about the 3.0, and this is why I avoided it and went with the 6.2, is at 150,000 miles the routine maintenance requires the transmission to be pulled. It's GM. They have no problem identifying an issue, but don't come up with solutions. Just look at AFM. They kept it on the market for 15 years. I've been burned by GM on AFM. Literally left me stranded in the middle of Wyoming when the bottom end of my 2007 Tahoe's engine went to poop. I was under the warranty mileage limit. $10,000 negative equity rolled into a Chevy Malibu just so I could get my wife home and not have her in trouble with her command. To make matters worse, we were returning from a trip that was solely made for a funeral. Imo, when it comes to problems with vehicles it is best to fix them yourself. The big difference for me between Baja Designs and Rough Country is that Baja Designs posts on their website what the amperage of the lights are. You need to call Rough Country to get the info. And, Baja Designs goes out of their way to help customers with custom builds, such as making custom order wire harnesses. Rough Country is a take it or leave it company. The wire harness is the easy part. After the learning curve via emails with Baja Designs I have come to know more than most people should regarding GM and Baja Designs products. If you decide to install the GM Upfitter switches, and choose to connect the lights to them, I'll help you figure out how much of the wire harness you need to throw in the trash. No pictures, but used the truck to transport a pinewood derby track from and to storage today since they had their pinewood derby event today. That thing was heavy. It took 4 people to get it into the truck. The case was so long that it went to end of my tailgate with the tailgate down. I have a 2020 Trail Boss LT 6.2 w/ 10-speed. My neighbor just bought a 2021 Trail Boss Custom 5.3 w/ 8-speed. I tried saying him to at least go with the same engine and trans that I have, and he did order a truck that way, but before the truck arrived he ended up buying the 5.3 & 8-speed. Tonight he was mentioning the truck has a vibration or shimmy with the trans. His truck probably doesn't 1,000 miles on it yet. Iirc, I first noticed it in the driveway less than 2 weeks ago. All I could say was, that is exactly why I was recommending the 6.2 & 10-speed. I feel bad for the guy. So, please take this to heart and heed everybody's advice. Go get the 10-speed. If you like the Chevy, get one with a 10-speed. Make the dealer work for you. They need to earn their money. Umm, childcare is an issue. I can't leave the house when my toddler is sleeping. My children cannot keep pace with me for a good cardio workout. I also do not have weights to workout with because the military restricts how much weight they'll pay for when moving household goods. Weight over the limit is charged to the family, and it can get very expensive very quickly. When I workout I try to get my heart rate up. Being stopped by wife or kids mid-set yields no results, gets very frustrating, and can put a total stop to the workout. So I stopped working out. I'll wait for normalcy to return. I'm behind enemy lines, so that may take awhile. Take comfort in knowing that my fat *** may benefit some poor soul because I'll be the slower one that gets eaten by a bear while they get to run to safety. WhatsApp was one of those little known secrets my wife's coworkers told her about. Both the caller and recipient must have the app on their device. It saved a lot of money with international calling. Downside of most countries in the other side of the equator lack the infrastructure for video calling. That's still a loaner as long as you don't have to pay for it. I use to work for a Thrifty franchise and we had a counter in Chevy dealership. We billed the dealership, and the dealership booked GM.
