I haven't watched much of Diesel Bros, but from what I've seen it appears they're located north of Salt Lakh near Woods Cross. Is the vinyl wrap shop up there too? I arrived in Salt Lake today after driving from San Diego. There is a huge difference in the cost of everything. A meal at a local restaurant would cost me $50 in California. Traveled through time, literally, and I achieved this while driving 88 mph. Details: Time zone change where the posted speed limit is 80 MPH. Since you're looking under the truck, might as well take a look at the roof too. Gotta make sure it's all there. Don't need the dealership scanning you out of part of your truck. They forms on what the next leg of the trip is for your truck. If it's in Salt Lake City it's likely in a train car at North Salt Lake. The bad news is that ski season will be over soon, and the rental car fleets are probably transitioning over to their summer fleet. That means a few thousand cars may be at the same place, and they're waiting on truck drivers to get everything delivered. If awaiting a truck to take to your dealer, it may be a bit. If then start asking if a truck has been assigned to deliver your new truck. If so, it could be 1 to 2 weeks from the date of assignment before your new ride gets to the dealer. The dealership is already moving in the direction of getting him a new truck. He wants a 6.2 crew cab with 6 person seating. He prefer a Custom Trail Boss, but that's a unicorn. Out of 4 states (California, Nevada, Utah, and Arizona) there's only 1. Looks like he's going with another trim level. The dealership is trying to do a trade with another dealers for a 6.2. My neighbor just initiated this process the other day. Got a 2021 Custom Trail Boss. Had 1100 miles on it, and the engine is toast. 5.3 V8 with AFM. Hasn't even made his first payment yet. Something about some extra/rogue bolts being inside the engine. Engine started rattling, so he took it to the dealership. Dealership offered a replacement engine under warranty, but my neighbor wants out of the truck because having a replaced engine will decrease the value later on. I got in my truck for the first time since Saturday. The last time I drove it I was returning home from a trip to the beach where there was a firepit and we grilled hotdogs, brats, and stores. Here's the real kicker. The LD label has been under your nose the whole time, but you didn't notice it. Every 1500 has a piece of plastic on the far end of the driver's side cowl that's tucked slightly under the fender. I noticed it today with the hood open. GM will compete with Ford. They usually hold sales promotions around that time, too. Imo, it depends on what you're trying to do. GM tends to start transitioning too the next model year in the last summer and fall. They'll hold sales to clear out old inventory. This is particularly true when a vehicle is updated, like the 2022 Silverado will be. Down side is you're restricted to available stock and can't custom order something. Installed the Baja Designs a-pillar lights from GM Accessories. Wired them to switch 2 on the GM Upfitter switches. The lightbar is on switch 1, but that's old news. Sent from my SM-N960U using Tapatalk

Just a quick question. I'm installing a-pillar lights. I already have a lightbar installed. I'm using the GM Upfitter switches. Lightbar is on switch 1. A-pillar lights are going to be on switch 2. I'm not finding many options to ground at, and was hoping I could ground into the same bolt. Is this going to work, or will it cause something like an electrical loop through the ground? Only the only people that know are GM engineers. Every other answer is speculation. I've started this in both my replies so far.
