  1. Bench test the smoked lights. That will tell you right away.
  2. Thanks. I usually do not have a load. Seems like crystallization would become a problem at that rate no? Just seems like it’s been to long since the level dropped compared to the colorado I had. I’m going to see if obd2 fusion app I used to monitor on the colorado has the pids for the Silverado.
  3. Thanks for the reply. I’m honestly waiting for the speed warning to come on at some point since there’s been zero change on the level. Wish they would put some kind of indicator while in regen.
  4. FYI. The def tank is above the fuel tank. Can’t get to it unless you drop the fuel tank.
  5. I just turned 10k miles. I am thinking the float for the def gauge on my truck is stuck in the full position. It’s been at least 3k miles since I topped it off and I’ve smelt 2 regens but the level according to the dic is still full. It’s hard to believe that this uses such a minimal amount per regen. I’ve been on some bumpy roads and I have heard the fuel sloshing in the tank so I would imagine the def would be doing the same. Just wondering if anyone else has had the same issue. Think I’ll craw under it and tap the def tank (if I can get to it) with a dead blow a few times.
  6. Curiosity got the best of me. It’s a led on rst model
  7. No problem. Believe me i really wanted to go with the bak roll up but was put off on multiple reviews.
  8. Rolling cover; I had one on my F150. It was nice but no, you can not have multiple stops. It’s either opened or closed. I have laid the cover over my cargo (trim boards for a room) and it survived a 10 minute trip at highway speed. Issues I noticed in winter was you have to pound around the perimeter to break ice build up in the track. Yes, depending on how much snow has fallen you’d have to clear it before rolling it up. It was a great cover and I was going to go with that one on this truck but decided not to after reading several reviews across several platforms. The general conscious is bak has started to go down hill in craftsmanship and customer service. I went with undercover ultra flex on this truck.
  9. Going off memory it’s Orange with a red tracer or it maybe red with orange tracer. I do 100% remember that while looking it at from under the truck the wire is at the 11 o’clock position.
  10. Posi tap and than ground to the bumper support bracket.
  11. MICTUNING 2Pcs 60 Inch White LED Cargo Truck Bed Light Strip Lamp Waterproof Lighting Kit with On-Off Switch Fuse 2-Way Splitter Cable for Jeep Pickup RV SUV and More https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01JUE9OLM/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glc_fabc_3.X4FbB58TX16?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1 It was part of the kit
  12. Since I was unhappy with the supplied bed lights and lack of being able to turn it on from the back of the truck, I installed a led strip light kit. Ran power from the charging cable on the 7-pin trailer connector.
  13. Mirror swap. Don’t recall reading if anyone has tried this. Soak the glue with rubbing alcohol for a little bit. Then use a hair drier directly in the area of the connector for a brief time then move to under the headliner. This method was very successful for me and the connector came off in one piece and clean.
  14. C Gerber what size creates? you were reading my mind. I acutally picked up a https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000FOL0AA/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1 & https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004HV9JBO/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 had to cut the cargo bar down but it is made for a semi so it is stout.
  15. Something similar to this? I’m not blinded but it does wash the screen out and you can barley see the guide lines.
