I don't exactly care for electric vehicles at the moment, but my opinion could be changed if they become more advanced. If I had the choice of an electric vehicle with at least 400 mile range and great reliability, I would take that over a small 3 or 4 cylinder engine with a turbo.

Anyone here go from a 6.2L to the 6.6L gasser? Any noticeable difference?

Haven't done anything to the truck lately, but I did take it to the dealership over two weeks ago now for a hesitation when shifting from Park to Drive. Turns out they have to replace the torque converter and the transmission. Hoping to have it back soon.

Couldn't pay me enough to visit that place and post on a regular basis.

So it's been a few months but I've still been doing some mods here and there. Added the "Glowtie", new wheels and tires, some LED headlight and fog light bulbs, window tint, Hawk brake pads and rotors, and last weekend I started to clean out the rocker panels and spray them with inner panel rust proofer. I only got the the passanger side done so far, but I'm hoping to get the drivers side done this weekend. Probably over kill since this truck will never see winter weather if I can help it, but better safe than sorry. Wheels are made by ION and the tires are LT275 65 R18.

Got all of the fluids drained and replaced with Amsoil. Also added the GM Accessories skid plate package to the truck. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I got the catch can installed a month or so ago. I don’t exactly like the placement of it, but it’ll work for now. I also ran a can of valve cleaner through the engine and it almost cured my rough idle. I’m going to run another can through it soon. This is what I caught between emptying the can two times in about 400 miles. I also missed catching some of what drained out both times too. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

See I think the front end style you have looks pretty good, but I didn't at first. It has really grown on me. I still can't get past it on the lower trim levels though.

This past weekend I got the leveling kit installed as well as the Husky floor liners. I decided to order the Motofab 1” leveling kit and install it over the 1.5” I had already bought. I’m glad I went with the 1” because the truck does look better and it barely affected the ride quality. I plan on towing with this thing at some point so I don’t want to take all of the rake out of it anyway.

Had my 2015 at the dealer two weeks ago now for them to change out the fluid. It made the transmission shift a lot better for sure, but I still have some clunking and confusion from the transmission sometimes. If I drive the truck in manual mode it is a lot better because I can limit how much it shifts. The speed limit in town here is 25 so I run around town in M4 until I get to the 35 zone and then let it go up to 5th gear. This honestly helps a ton. It sucks for sure, but GM isn't the only one with the clunking. My Boss for the IT company I work for part time has a 2018 F-250 with the 6.2L & 6 speed trans and it has the clunking issue just like my Silverado.

I agree it will get rougher. Ive had up to a 2 inch before and didn't like it because it was so rough. I'll put the spacer on for now but in the future I want to do the Bilstein front shocks as well as rear ones.
