  1. Probably not at this time on the HDs. They are usually 1-2 years refreshed behind the 1500s. I'm really surprised they have not at least shown something of them yet. It's only a few months left before the new model years hit the dealer lots.
  2. You may need to clarify your article on this. You stated that these won't fit a Sierra because the start button is squarish in shape. Are you referring to the Sierra Denali (I think the AT4 as well) dash because my 24 Sierra SLT looks just like the picture of the button above. I'm guessing that is a Silverado in that pic. The following is from your article. It DOES NOT fit: The refreshed 2022.5 through 2026 GMC Sierra. GM updated the Sierra’s interior with a distinct, larger, square-shaped push-to-start button that is completely different from the Silverado and Corvette design.
  3. Could be his salesmen knew he was looking for a used truck? They got that in and called him to say it was available. I doubt the dealer would take the time to list it in their for sale database if it was a quick sale truck.
  4. You will start getting random warning messages most of the time. These trucks hate low voltage and it will cause them to pop up. The charging voltage will usually stay above 14 when driving as well. I know it's not related. My wifes Acadia was giving 2/3 warnings randomly. Plus when I drove it the voltage stayed over 14 all the time. I installed a new battery and the warnings have gone away. The voltage drops down to around 10 or less after driving a little as well.
  5. Yeah I've had them on my 20 and 24. I think I've turned them on maybe 3 times on both trucks.
  6. The most useless lights on the truck IMO
  7. Transmissions used to be way more serviceable than they are now! GM wants the masses to bring it to the dealer for service! Most people never do anything with the transfer case so I guess they left that alone for now.
  8. Sounds like it could be your 8 speed transmission acting up as well. Most describe a rumble strip feeling when it acts up.
  9. I'm not saying this is the main thing they could focus on. All my original post was to point out and ask if it was gone. Since it's not really visible in the camo wrap. Plus I' guess you've never had one leak. Calm down man.
  10. In the past gen trucks and probably the present as well. That antenna has been known to leak! I mean the antenna on my wife's 21 Acadia is all the way at the back of the roof. It's time it's been there for years. Just give it a clean roof line already!
  11. No there isn't unfortunately. I know what you're talking about with the door unlock though. I wish GM had it on these trucks. Maybe this next gen will have it? I had a Dodge mini van rental that did what you say by getting near it and it unlocked.
  12. There are a few add ons that might screen share to watch videos. It's not something that can be turned on in the setting though. The windows need to be rolled up and down to reset their position. It happens when you disconnect the battery sometimes.
  13. Hopefully the dealer will take care of you. I had the sealer tsb done on my 20 and the day I picked it up it leaked. I called and talked to the service advisor and he said the next step was replacing the window. It was replaced with an updated window by a glass company within 2 weeks.
  14. "What worked" was not making their after warranty bank account money go up any!
  15. Only 2 things I could think of with this. 1) Do you have a sun roof? Maybe all of the water is not draining out every time. 2) The drain holes in the bottom of the doors could be clogged and let water collect in the door.
  16. There are hundreds of thousands of these stretch belts on the road right now. If they were failing early. There would be a thread a mile long on here saying my stretch belt failed at ****** miles, my belt just broke, or I've had x belts replaced in the past year.
  17. THIS!! Gotta hold something back as then they can sell it as an upgrade in the new model!!
  18. Probably won't till the January auto shows start. If it's a 27 model we are still a year off from seeing a good inventory selection on the lots anyway. Plus with the 14 and 19 launch with subsequent recalls. Plus they are talking about new engines! I'd be waiting till the next model year anyway.
  19. I was looking at these images and didn't see it there.
  20. I saw a post on another forum. The poster had a leak around the shark fin area. Looking at these pics of the new truck. I don't see it or it's well camouflaged. If so it's about time!!
  21. Maybe look up your states lemon laws or consult with a lawyer in that field. It doesn't look like anything they do to the truck at this point is going to make you happy with it.
  22. Oh ok. All of the past posts I've seen always said the Frq had changed as well with the refresh. Thanks
  23. In 2019 the extra sensors for the trailering package were included. They made them a separate item that had to be added in the 20+ trucks. On that note. They changed the frequency that the sensors work off of on the trucks tires in the refresh models. I don't know if that applies to the trailer sensors or not. I would think it was changed also. If you do buy a set I'd make sure the frequency is correct on the ones you buy.
  24. Without removing pieces of the console. I don't think there is any real access to the duct to see if it has come loose.
