2001 Yukon Xl Computer Climate Control

My 2001 Yukon XL 2500 HD 4x4 6.0L V8 is equiped with Electronic Climate Control System with a front and rear control console. The system works with the front control console, but the rear control console is not working. The rear control console appears to have no power. I've checked all the AC related fuses located in the Instrument Panel Fuse Block and the Underhood Electrical Center. All the AC related fuses appear to be good.

 

I have a set of GM service manuals, but they're not with me at the moment.

 

Does anyone have any troubleshooting suggestions as to what I should check to resolve the issue of the rear control console?
