Back Spacing For 6'' Bds Lift & 18'' Wheels

I am looking at getting a 6'' BDS lift installed on my 08 Sierra. Interested to know what backspacing the guys with 18'' wheels are running and how much trimming was involved to fit 35's. The BDS sit shows 5 3/4 for 20'' wheels but nothing for an 18'' wheel.

18's will be about the same. anywhere from 5" to 5.7" BS will be fine. i'm running 5" BS on 9" wide wheels with the superlift kit (VERY VERY similiar kits) and i trimmed some on the front and back of the front fenders

BDS site says 20x9 wheel with 5 3/4 back spacing or 17x9 wheel with 4 1/2 back spacing so I'd say if you go with a 18x9 with about a 5" back space you should be fine.

Thanks for the info. Ended up going with a 6'' skyjacker with bilstein shocks. Dealer where I purchased truck is installing everything on Monday. $4800.00 for lift, 18'' helo 835 black wheels & 35'' toyo's, also includes reprogramming the computer for the 35's. Also says that the installation will not affect any of my warranty as they will still honor everything. Pics to follow on tuesday.

I'm getting the 6" BDS and I want to run 18x9 Moto Metals but I've only seen them with 4.5 or 5.7 BS. Suggestions??? Oh yeah for a 325/65/18 BFG. 34.6x13.
