Where would be a good place to find a replacement exaust for a 2001 crew cab dually with 8.1 gas engine and a fifth wheel hitch??

i don't want to spend alot but i am noticing a lack in power and i can see my muffler is starting to rust through.

 

Any help would be great thanks.
