5100 series Bilstein shocks for an 03 1500 4WD are...

BE5-C153-H0 for the front with 0"-2" torsion bar adjustment (shock has a clip to set the distance)

BE5-D147-H0 for the rear

They are about $75-$80 each at most online shops. But good luck finding them. I have an in-need 03 also and have been waiting almost 2 months now. Bilstein is backordered nation wide. Last time I talked to them they were just getting back into producing them and only about 120 C153's had been produced. That's only 60 pairs. I have been considering the Edelbrock Perf IAS myself as I can't wait much longer. But the IAS are not adjustable and Edlbrk does not specify a PN for the front with the t-bars turned up. KYB on the other hand has a good rep and does make a length for the t-bar adjustment. Ends part number ends in a 76 I think. Price similar to the Bilstein. If you can wait, the 5100's are supposed to be pretty nice. But HD's, 5100's, 5150's, backorders all over the place.
