2001 Astro Bleeds

I used to have a 94 Astro, drove it into the ground with all four kids. After a little while driving a completely different animal for a while, we're back in this great car, but now it's a 2001 Astro. The price was right, but it is a used car, so I already replaced rear drums/shoes, flushed & bled the fluid, and put in a new ABS brake module (modulemaster.com was great).

The day before my replacement module arrived, the radiator began to bleed out the drivers' side. I was able to fix a similar looking radiator by crimping the little aluminum tabs a little tighter by hand. This has the plastic cans on the sides. I have not yet seen if the Astro is leaking out one of the infamous cracks known to plague these plastic cans, or if it's the seal between the parts. I hope I'm lucky. If not, ...

... THE QUESTION AT LAST:

Where's a good deal on replacement radiators?

Oh, and at the risk of invoking the wrath of those who know better, I did try some Alumaseal; the powdered variety. It was the "not lucky" kind I guess.

You can take your radiator to a qualified repair shop. They can replace the gaskets between the tank and cooling tubes. If you want new then I'd start by pricing all my local parts stores.
