Hi I'm new to the fourm I got a 1500hd cc I was wondering what would be the best sound system in my truck I was wanting 2 12's can you guy sugust something thanks

How much money are you looking to spend?  What type of music do you listen to(i am assuming rap, thats usually what two 12's means)?  What do you want to do, add an amp and subs or replace your deck , etc.?

Ok.  I almost bought a similiar setup.  I would get two 12" Kicker squares.  nothing, and i meen nothing(for the $$) will compare to these things.  Power it with either a MTX 8100D or if your on a budget slightly under power it with a lanzar 1200d.  I was going to get the lanzar, because it is the best bang for your buck amp out there.  I was going to get two 10 tho but my bud at school has underpowered 12l7's and trust me, even at 600w each these puppies hurt!

how much is the lanzar 1200d amp and is that a momo amp i know them kicker 12in squares are like 350 or 400 but i like them kicker subs

lanzar bad, it'll die. spend some more money and get a stronger amp.

seen lots of last year model amps on sale. just look around you can get something that has better quality and will last.

 

no point in buying good subs and killing them with a high distortion amp.
